Over 25 years as a private trainer
I'm an NASM certified personal trainer with over 25 yrs experience. I became passionate about strength training while playing football at Glenbrook South High School. I went on to earn an Exercise Science degree at Western Illinois University, where I also played and coached rugby. Over the years I've worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Specializing in strength training, powerlifting, and power building. I like using a conjugated training method to help clients achieve peak performance and personal fitness goals through tailored, effective programs
